Weekly grounds Maintenance

• Cutting of all lawn turf areas weekly
• Lawn height shall be maintained at 3' to 3 ½'
• Direction of mowing will be changed weekly
• Edging shall be performed adjacent to all sidewalks and drives bi-weekly
• String trimming shall be performed weekly or as needed
• Power blowing of debris off concrete surfaces weekly
• Multiple neighbor discounts available

Spring Cleanups

• All lawn and bed areas will be cleared of all debris, leaves, branches, paper items, etc.
• Manual or chemical weeding of all landscape beds and tree rings
• Spring trimming
• Application of mulch
• Core aeration
• Thatching

Mulching services

• Application of a hardwood bark mulch
• We have numerous types and colors of mulch to choose from
• Machine bed edging
• Application of snap shot a pre-emergent to help control future weeds

Fall cleanups

• Removal of all debris leaves branches and paper items
• Fall trimming
• Core aeration
• All debris will be removed from property
